Accommodation for KEKTC6 participants
A block of rooms has been reserved at two hotels in Tsukuba-city:
"OKURA Frontier Hotel TSUKUBA" and
"Urban Hotel".
All the KEKTC6 participants, including invited speakers,
should make their reservations directly
with the hotels.
The hotel is adjacent to the "Tsukuba Center" bus terminal,
where direct buses from Narita Airport arrive,
and is also a few minuites walk from the Tsukuba station,
to which it takes 50 minutes from the Akihabara station
in Tokyo by the Tsukuba Express railroad.
We strongly recommend the participants who come to KEK for the first time
from abroad to stay in the hotel.
A daily shuttle service will be provided between the hotel and KEK
(~20 minutes),
once every morning and once every evening, during the period of the
conference.
- Charge of
the rooms:
A special discount rate,
including tax and service charge, for the conference is available.
- Single Room: 8,870 yen per room per night
- Twin Room: 13,490 yen(one person)/16,816 yen(two persons)
per room per night
- Double Room: 11,272 yen(one person)/14,599 yen(two person)
per room per night
The charge does not contain breakfast, which is 1,575 yen per day at the hotel.
(Continental breakfast will be prepared at the conference. )
- Internet:
Wire LAN servie (with cable) is available from each room.

Domestic participants should also make the reservation
through this English page.
- Name of the hotel: choose "Okura Frontier Hotel Tsukuba"
(not "Okura Frontier Hotel Tsukuba Epocal").
- "fill out" space: please add "KEKTC6 participant"
The hotel is about 10 kilometers north of the "Tsukuba Center" bus terminal;
taking a taxi from the bus terminal to the hotel will cost about 3,000 yen.
KEK is ~10 minutes walk from the hotel;
you may feel comfortable if you have been a frequent visitor to KEK.

- Single A-type room (based with beige color):
6,825 yen per room per night
- Single B-type room (with semi-double bed and table & armchair):
7,350 yen per room per night
- Single C-type room: 7,875 yen per room per night
The charge does not contain breakfast, which is 840 yen per day at the hotel.

- Internet:
Wire LAN servie is available from each room;
the guests should bring their cable for it to the hotel.

dormitory rooms for students
For the purpose of supporting students,
a limited number of rooms in KEK dormitory
(with shared bathroom and restroom)
have been reserved.
